"I initally went in to buy dirt bike boots for my grandson. Carl was exceptionally friendly,patient and knowledgable. He knew exactly how to fit my grandson so we could get more than one season's use out of them, but still get the fit and support he needed. Without his help I would have bought a much smaller size and would have been back again next summer for another pair. (8 year olds grow very fast!)
As long as I was there, I decided to try some boots for myself as when I purchased mine, no one had womens boots so they never fit properly. Carl again was very helpful and when he could not fit me properly with what he had in stock, he ordered two more sizes for me to try later. He not once tried to sell me the most expensive boots for either myself or my grandson.
Needless to say, I also got new boots that fit and protect the way good boots should. I believe my riding has improved too!
I am very impressed with their selection of both children's and women's equipment and gear. I drive for about 40 minutes to get to their store, but do not have a problem with that, they have everything you need. And who wouldn't want to see all of those beautiful red Honda dirt bikes all lined up. (We only ride Honda's, can you tell?)
As my other grandchildren learn to ride, I'll be back."

"I was in need of a new front tire for my 2005 Victory Vegas before I left on the 2006 Chick-fil-A Kyle Petty Charity Ride. It was Friday afternoon at two, and one of the team supporting Victory called Allsport to see if they could help me on VERY short notice. They agreed to work me in. They installed the tire and I was completely satisfied. I was especially impressed with how they recreated the outstanding service I have experienced at my "home" dealership. They truly understand we buy motorcycles, but have a relatioship with a dealer network. We all hear about owners stuck on a trip because a dealer only serves local customers. I bought my Victory because of this exceptional "can do" spirit of my dealer's team and knew Polaris wants this throughout the dealer network.
Unfortunately, while returning to Coeur d'Alene I dropped my bike on its side at 70 mph on I90 while trying to avoid a line of cars in a panic stop. This strong bike survived the skid on the pavement, but definitely needed major replacement an installation of parts. I immediately returned to Allsport with a dilemma, could they get my bike parts and install them before I had to leave on the trip of a lifetime? Scott E., Karl, John Gamble, and even Eric Holt jumped into the initial assessment while Jessica and Scott E. addressed my minor, but quite bloody scrapes and bumps. Their concern for my welfare was unending, including setting me up with initial and extra dressings. All of this was while what seemed like the entire service, parts, sales and management determined they could, and more importantly, they would do anything they needed to do to get this bike fixed. I understand at times there were several service technicians working on the bike. I imagine they could give the Petty Enterprises team some pointers on getting Kyle's NASCAR 45 back in the race. They completed their mission before closing time. Eric S. "Big E." was especially skilled and dedicated to my bike.
I then was stunned when Eric Holt would not take any compensation for this miracle. He told me it was his decision and his team's contribution to the Victory Junction Gang Camp. This was for me a "Pay It Forward"- Samaritan act that I can only begin to act on by writing this testimonial. My bike is performing and looking great through two of the most exciting days of riding I have ever experienced riding across America in a double column of motorcycles stretching miles long passing waiving and cheering NASCAR and Petty fans.
I know I will "Pay It Forward" in some significant way. All our lives will be affected by this dealership team's generosity to a stranger."
